What I did in this Project

Technical Artist / 3D Generalist
  • Customized over 30 character animations using Maya’s animation tools to adjust pacing and ensure joint readiness for re-targeting, improving gameplay fluidity and reducing production time

    • Created sword trail, fire, smoke, and collision impact effects using Niagara, enhancing visual quality and increasing player engagement

    • Authored dynamic materials in Unreal Engine, enabling developers to adjust parameters via blueprints, allowing real-time material changes and enhancing flexibility during gameplay

    • Developed modular characters with independently animated parts, a blueprint-controlled sword effect system, and runtime weapon scaling, significantly enhancing user immersion and customization options

    • Streamlined the asset pipeline, including animation and props, ensuring smooth importing between Maya and Unreal Engine
